At SaltBred, we're committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review the information below to learn about our order processing, shipping options, delivery estimates, and tracking.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. SaltBred is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your selected shipping method.

  • Ground Shipping: Flat rate of $6.95 USD
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $20.00 USD (subject to carrier availability)
  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 USD

Any available shipping promotions will automatically apply at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–14 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery options are available depending on carrier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

You can use the tracking information to follow your package from shipment to delivery.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team at support@saltbred.com.

We'll work directly with USPS to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

SaltBred cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
